We’re Looking For

The Software Product Migration Specialist will serve as a pivotal leader in shaping the future of our customers' technological journeys by ensuring seamless and successful migrations from legacy solutions to our cutting‑edge, next‑generation platforms. In this dynamic role, the Systems Engineer will be entrusted with the responsibility of conceptualizing, designing, and implementing robust strategies and processes that define excellence in customer migration experiences.

This individual will not only document and communicate innovative migration methodologies but will also act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through transformative transitions with precision and care. By championing a customer‑first approach, the Systems Engineer will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality migration engagements that drive customer satisfaction, accelerate solution adoption, and empower organizations to unlock the full potential of our advanced technologies.

Day

to Day
  • Engage with customers to align on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and communication for customers engaged in migrations.
  • Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to address customer specific migration requirements.
  • Create and maintain a project plan for assigned customer migration projects.
  • Drive meetings with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution of vital project requirements.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations and logistics for customer migration.
  • Maintain and update a scoreboard of customer and program status.
  • Communicate milestones and expectations to customers based on the project plan and its dependencies.
  • Compose a comprehensive set of associated documentation, training materials, scripts, setup guides, etc., to allow for quick deployment with minimal set‑up time and user experience.
  • Package mobile‑computer software for distribution from a mobile‑device‑management platform to facilitate quick and flawless device deployment.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance and/or support for active customer engagements (customer visits, events, trade‑shows).
  • Maintain and improve lab and test environments.

Pay Range

$86,080.00 - $ per year. Annual incentive compensation: target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
