Production Team Partner - Garment Inspector & Presser - UniFirst

Job Description

Uni First is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join the Shaking and Pressing Department. The role involves assisting in quality assurance using a 20‑point inspection process and pressing garments for a finished appearance.

• Press garments on a pressing machine
• Visually inspect all garments for tears, holes, stains, and damage
• Ensure all garments pass the Uni First 20‑point uniform inspection process
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
• Perform other duties as described by the area supervisor or management

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to lift garments no more than 10 lbs at a time and push heavy carts no more than 50 lbs
