** What You'll Be Doing
*** Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, and other aggregate processing equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance to support safe, efficient aggregate production during second shift operations.
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete timely corrective repairs.
* Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders related to aggregate equipment.
* Collaborate with operations and safety teams to maintain reliable plant performance.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated capability to maintain and repair heavy industrial and aggregate processing equipment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
* Commitment to safe work practices in a quarry or aggregate production environment.
* Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and make sound maintenance decisions during independent shift work.
* Dependable, team-oriented approach with effective communication skills.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
