We are seeking a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations through process optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. The Process Engineer will also support ERP manufacturing data management, process standardization, and cross-functional improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
  • Design and document manufacturing processes, workflows, equipment requirements, and production methods.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support operational improvements.
  • Maintain and improve ERP manufacturing data, including bills of materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, production parameters, and engineering changes.
  • Support new product introductions and manufacturing process implementation within the ERP system.
  • Perform audits and validations to ensure manufacturing data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Drive process standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, testing, and optimization projects.
  • Lead process improvement projects from planning through implementation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams to solve manufacturing challenges and improve performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing master data, including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and engineering change processes.
  • Experience with data governance, data validation, and process standardization.
  • Ability to analyze production and operational data and develop practical process improvements.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related software tools.
