What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and support end-to-end product marketing strategy across diverse product portfolios, including Medicare Advantage and specialty products
  • Translate analytics and insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution, and insight integration
  • Oversee campaign planning and creative development for multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities to enhance member engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, particularly in Medicare Advantage or related areas
  • Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards for Medicare marketing
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and optimize based on performance analytics
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
  • Background in member engagement or lifecycle marketing
  • Advanced skills in marketing analytics and performance reporting
  • Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or Medicare compliance
