• Responsibilities
  :
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
• Experience
  :
  • Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required
  • Experience with high-acuity patients is preferred
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
