Join our team as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The LPN/LVN provides clinical care to residents per nursing standards of practice, the board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.

Compensation: $28.50/hr

• Develop relationships with residents and their families, supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents’ clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, family, or responsible party in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care preferred.
• Licensed by State as a Vocational Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• A passion to care for seniors and a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
