Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse
Job Summary
The Manager OR Children's Hospital is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.
Qualifications- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State you practice or must hold a Compact/Multi-State RN License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required;
Master’s Degree preferred. - A current BLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) is required.
- 3+ years of acute care nursing experience in the OR required, pediatric OR experience highly preferred; 1+ years of leadership experience required.
