Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor Evenings​/Nights

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evenings – Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Must work evenings or overnight shifts at the Skilled Nursing Facility in Bath, NY. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a minimum of three years of Long‑term care experience. Availability every alternate weekend required. Position is full‑time, with flexible schedule options for full‑time, part‑time or per‑diem status.

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
• Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Ensure a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

• Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years of Long‑Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive team director for all members of the staff.
• Familiarity with EHR and e‑prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
