Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager - Mother & Baby
Job Responsibilities- The manager will plan, organize, staff and direct unit functions to ensure effective operation, working with leadership to develop plans, policies and procedures to provide quality care.
- We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice or must hold a Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s preferred. - Current BLS and ACLS from AHA or American Red Cross required;
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if not currently held. - 3 plus years of recent RN experience in women’s services in an acute care setting required; 1 plus year of supervisory/leadership experience required.
