Position is responsible for employee health duties along with education pieces for both Chatuge Regional Hospital and Chatuge Regional Nursing Home.
LPN/RN Position Purpose
The Employee Health Nurse shall be responsible for planning, administering and monitoring systems and procedures related to employee health within the hospital and the direction of educational, training and orientation programs for Hospital personnel related to Employee Health.
Position Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing:
Associate Degree in Nursing;
Diploma Graduate; or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience:
Desirable characteristics include at least 5 years of staff nurse experience in an acute care facility. APIC Course and Certification preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
Registered and Licensed by the State of Georgia.
Current CPR, or completion of the CPR course (AHA) within 60 days of employment.
