- Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply; experienced NNPs preferred
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (compensation package discussed upon application)

- Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
- Collaborate with a team of 9 neonatologists and 8 neonatology nurse practitioners
- Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
- Support regional neonatal referral services
- Engage in professional development and mentorship activities
- Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
Required:
- Valid Georgia RN and APRN licensure
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or in progress
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Previous NICU experience (not required for new grads)
