We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative team.

As a member of 3 South East, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members dedicated to positive patient outcomes.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care to bariatric and medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policy.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Promote patient safety, quality initiatives, and excellent patient experiences.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills.

The 3 South East Bariatric & Medical Surgical Unit specializes in caring for patients undergoing weight‑loss surgery and those requiring acute medical-surgical services. Nurses on this unit develop expertise in post‑operative care, patient education, pain management, mobility protocols, and multidisciplinary care coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking to strengthen clinical skills while making a meaningful impact on patients' health and recovery.
