Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Coastal Savannah, GA | Level IV NICU

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care within a 92-bed Level IV NICU
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity setting
  • Participate in family-centered care initiatives
  • Contribute to care planning and neonatal protocols
  • Support regional referral services for coastal Georgia
  • Engage in mentoring opportunities and ongoing professional development
What You Need:
Required:
  • Active Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
  • Ability to work in a high-acuity neonatal environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
  • Previous neonatal experience (not mandatory for new graduates)
  • Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach
