The role involves providing high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.

• Patient Care and Care Coordination:
  Monitoring patient conditions, assisting with care plans, delivering safe care, and documenting assessments and interventions.
• Patient Advocacy and Satisfaction:
  Addressing patient concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Performance Improvement:
  Contributing to process improvements, supporting initiatives for better outcomes and organizational performance.
• Professional Growth and Leadership:
  Maintaining licenses, pursuing ongoing education, mentoring colleagues, and promoting a positive work environment.

An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN license (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification are required. The role demands professional competence, strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to quality patient care. Additional certifications and experience in nursing are preferred.
