Carle Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the NT4 Ortho-Urology Surgical Unit. The unit handles acute ortho and urology cases, with a 41-bed footprint and RN/LPN pairing for acuity management.
The LPN will perform med administration, IV piggybacks, dressing changes, and care plan documentation under RN supervision. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants with a 2-year commitment.
