Unique Skills- Support MRB activities
- Process discrepant material (DRDIs and QNs)
- Production support
- Completions (production parts)
- Process and DRDI tags.
- Process LCS material.
- Process RTV material
- SAP and SCAR moves in the system
- Follow up and process/coordination stock sweeps.
- Support and cover other MRB locations.
- Collaborate in MRB projects
- Participate in production meetings
- Train new MRB members
- Conduct process improvement in MRB Cribs.
- Conduct internal audits for inventory control.
- Process discrepant material (DRDIs and QNs)
- Highly Desired Attributes
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing/Planning, or related roles
- Experience with Gulfstream electronic systems (SAP, Solumina, Smar Team, AIR, Catia)
- Familiarity with engineering change implementation process
- Familiarity with FAI and Conformity inspection requirements
- Working knowledge of 14 CFR regulations for production under PC
- Experience with Quality Control Inspection Planning
- Alternative Experience
- Familiarity with Aircraft Manufacture and Assembly
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and Control
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. High School Diploma or GED required. 6 years quality assurance/control, manufacturing operations, maintenance and/or military operations experience is required. Aerospace industry experience preferred.
