Summary:
Supports the Director of Quality Assurance in ISO Quality Management System maintenance.
- Record, edit, and publish quality procedures and documentation (Corporate Quality Control).
- Record and maintain training and safety records for each corporate facility (Corporate Training Records).
- Assist Purchasing with supplier quality related issues (Approved Suppliers).
- Assist in planning and scheduling events such as internal/external/vendor audits, ISO management meetings, branch visits, and customer visits.
- Assist each branch location with recording all calibration records (IMTE Calibration).
- Maintain the NCR reporting for branch locations.
- Perform PMI duties on all P3H, PED, and any applicable processes associated with PMI.
- Conduct in‑process inspections.
- Understand the Company’s Quality Policy and how to contribute to its success.
- Understand the Company’s Quality Objectives and how to contribute to them.
- Understand the procedures and work instructions that define the work.
- Follow agreed practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to write information legibly.
- English language skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- One or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or as an inspector.
- Two‑Year Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Requires standing for extended periods, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and sitting at a desk with a computer for extended periods. Work is performed in a warehouse/office environment.
