Property Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential multi-family community in Savannah. This role requires someone who is highly organized, responsive, and focused on maintaining strong occupancy, excellent resident relations, and smooth property operations.

• Manage daily operations of the property, including leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Show apartments, conduct tours, and convert prospects into leases
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and handle move-ins and move-outs
• Ensure rent is collected on time and follow up on delinquencies
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate tenant records and property documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and ownership
• Monitor property condition and ensure the community is well maintained
• Assist with marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy

• Prior property management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Professional, dependable, and service-oriented
• Familiarity with property management software
