About the Position

Alida Harper Fowlkes was a celebrated entrepreneur within the city. We celebrate the Alidas of our time - the self‑made artisans who cultivate Savannah's contemporary spirit - within the walls of our 173 room hotel. The Alida joins modern life with timeless Southern charm on Savannah's revitalized riverfront. The essence of Southern hospitality.

We seek the Cocktail Server that knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers and makes recommendations to those seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.

• Knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
• Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership.
• Offer informed suggestions for guests.

• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to carry food and drink trays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
