The Pirates' House is a locally-owned independent restaurant in Savannah, Georgia. We are a 500-seat restaurant with four banquet rooms adjacent to our dining rooms. Join our talented team as a Lead Line Cook and enjoy the chance to work in a fun and loving atmosphere while honing your culinary expertise!
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the evening kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare delicious dishes according to our high standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other colleagues to create exciting new menu items.
- Assist in writing prep lists at the end of shift
- Butcher steaks and portioning fresh fish
- Oversee end of night cleaning of kitchen
