• Client & Service Expert:
  Achieve individual sales goals; develop strong product knowledge across all categories; deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade experience; develop a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills.
• Leadership Presence:
  Achieve personal sales goals; extensive product knowledge; partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business‑driving events in store.
• Building Brand Equity:
  Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers; build strong relationships as a brand ambassador; communicate client feedback to management to elevate service and sales; adhere to all company policies with honesty and integrity.
• Operational Excellence:
  Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.

• Strong communication skills; proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture; elevated sense of personal style.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

Base pay range: $15 to $17 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
