Deterrence of dishonest behaviors and prevention of theft in store areas;
Maintain a safe and secure store through attentive oversight and communication;
Engage with customers and associates to promote shortage awareness and strong customer service;
Gather indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership and law enforcement as needed;
Provide onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs and assist in inventory processes
