• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases and proactively promote promotional items.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team‑oriented, respectful work environment and support teammates throughout each shift.
• Keep our stores stocked and fresh—ensure food and beverage items are available, properly labeled, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed and keep stock areas organized.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out, completing regular cleaning tasks.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand.
• Prepare, handle, and serve food in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.
• Ensure the register area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns, responding respectfully and escalating issues to the shift manager when necessary.
• Control line lengths and communicate clearly to ensure guests receive prompt service.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions to uphold food safety standards and properly clean preparation stations.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols when handling chemicals and other hazards.
• Ensure shelves, backrooms, and coolers are fully stocked, clean, and well organized.

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.
