• Driving Sales: Utilize the Store Force dashboard to coach the sales team, adjusting shop floor structure to exceed sales goals and growing brand contribution.

  Lead by example in delivering world‑class service, including product demonstrations, listening to consultations, and striving to exceed daily sales targets.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on store values such as no animal testing, ethical sourcing, and 100% vegetarian products through in‑store engagement.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations for every customer need.
• Team Development: Train and coach sales associates and peers on effective techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, and seek continuous improvement.
• DEIB & Inclusion: Encourage open communication, promote teamwork, and recognize each employee’s unique contributions to create belonging.
• Cash Handling & Store Operations: Manage customer transactions, opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and nightly deposits.
• Attendance & Culture: Model punctuality, monitor breaks, and maintain informed communications to support a healthy workplace.
• Visual Merchandising: Keep a clean, organized, visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock & Inventory: Train staff on inventory best practices, support management with inventory tasks, and adjust displays based on sales.
• Policies & Procedures: Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and safety.

Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service & sales, cash handling, and supervisory coaching in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics industries.
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration or DEIB/social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Memorial City Pay: $16.50 – $16.50 USD per hour.
