Job Title

Position Summary:

This role involves various responsibilities including compliance with company policies, operating forklifts, managing inventory, providing member service, maintaining safety, and ensuring the sales floor and merchandising presentation adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility.
• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick up orders throughout the day.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help, actively engages them, and assists them with technology services and items.
• Respects the individual by embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Supervising a team.
