- Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, retail store hours
- Pay: $27.00 hourly, qualified bonus paid quarterly, next‑day pay via Daily Pay
2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full‑time Retail Field Sales Manager. The role is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training, and improving the shopper purchase journey to drive sell‑out results across multiple retail channels.
Responsibilities- Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity and ensure timely, efficient store visits across multiple channel locations.
- Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners.
- Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time spent on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories.
- Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, with the ability to demonstrate key features and benefits to customers.
- Oversee the merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, letter mark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, equipping them with the knowledge to promote and sell products effectively.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive unit sell‑out through planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives and collaborate on achieving mutual goals.
- Drive field initiatives through daily store visits and execution of strategic priorities across multiple channel locations.
- 4+ years of experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of directly related experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
- Exemplary self‑motivation, independent work ethic, and strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, remain adaptable in a dynamic environment, and communicate effectively with retail employees, partners, and customers.
- Professional image and demeanor that aligns with Samsung’s values and brand image.
- Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
- Daily travel required, including occasional overnight stays; company‑paid hotel accommodations provided when applicable.
- Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year for training or special events.
- Valid REAL other TSA‑approved identification for domestic air travel.
- Residence within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store to ensure efficient travel and timely store visits.
