Responsibilities
  • Lift moderate amounts of weight in the form of tables, chairs, stanchions, staging floor panels and dance floor panels and other equipment as required.
  • Push equipment carts, door panels, and staging units, and other equipment as required.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Maintain equipment by following established Setup procedures.
  • Ensure that all storage rooms are kept clean and in an orderly manner.
  • Notify Operations Manager of equipment and facilities in need of repair and replacement.
  • Notify Operations Manager of supplies requiring replenishment.
  • Interact with other departmental personnel in a team‑oriented personality.
  • Complete daily assignments as assigned and in a cooperative manner.
  • Meet work schedule as assigned by management. Be prepared to work unusual shifts and hours.
  • Perform such other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
  • High degree of integrity and compliance.
  • Thoroughness in task approach, follow‑up and completion.
  • Self‑awareness.
  • Ability to multi‑task & work under pressure with limited resources.
  • Detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to work an irregular work schedule as required.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Experience in providing customer service directly to customers is preferred. Multilingual a plus.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate basic Setup techniques.
  • Must have experience or training in providing quality customer service.
