C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, delivering outstanding customer service and promoting products and services;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and package orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, and maintain stock area; process order delivery and returns at the register;
Replenish store products with Merchandise Associates/Assistants and participate in inventory processes;
Meet performance standards related to shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profitability, productivity, and attendance
