Job Responsibilities

• Mandate and mandatory duties required.
• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves, racks, and cold equipment.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and company/customer assets daily.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets, maintaining product integrity.
• Maintain product presentation: neatly stacked, condensed, rotated backstock, clean coolers and racks to company standards.
• Collect breakage or out‑of‑date product, including empty shells and pallets.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities.
• Work with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute successful outcomes.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers, providing superior service.
• Perform duties assigned by management.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• PPE as required and compliance with safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Professional appearance and safety/security of company assets.
• Utilize company resources and technology.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Physical capability: frequent bending, kneeling, exposure to weather, noise.
• Flexible or rotating schedule.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Self‑motivate and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills.
• Problem solving.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

• Requires wearing safety‑toed shoes and compliance with PPE program.
• Must stand, walk, bend, kneel or squat, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and drive vehicle.
• Must be able to climb stairs, crawl, and reach overhead as needed.
