Sales Manager (Part Time

As a Part‑Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our baby essentials, and help them prepare for the first day of school. You will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, share product knowledge, and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

• Become a product and brand expert for Carter’s, Osh Kosh B’gosh, Skip
  * Hop, and Little Planet.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Consistently model service standards and omni‑channel experience while coaching others to success.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow‑through.
• Perform Lead on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions that drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company‑sponsored programs, including credit.
• Provide consistent, in‑the‑moment feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation.
• Support the store team with Asset Protection by maintaining customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls.

• A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).
• A variety of skills and experiences.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Lifts 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
