• Assist members and guests with merchandise selection and golf related inquiries ensuring a satisfying experience.
• Support golf events, member tournaments, trunk shows, and boutique activations by assisting with merchandise presentation, event preparation, member communication, and day-of service needs.
• Provide assistance to guests in the retail store, by supporting opening, closing, and daily operational procedures, including POS readiness, phone coverage, merchandise recovery, restocking, and maintaining a polished retail environment.
• Responsible for the development and execution of retail display rotation and maintenance schedule, maintaining an up to date, aesthetically pleasing environment across the Oakridge Campus.
• Leads and create marketing content ideas, product highlights, social media opportunities, and event promotions that showcase Oak & Moss merchandise and the boutique experience.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through conducting periodic stock counts, organization, and overseeing transfers.
• Responsible for product invoice management and the proper receiving of retail products including restock of inventory.
• Lead regularly scheduled physical inventory as needed by Head Golf Professional.
• Collaborating with the Director of Retail and Inventory Manager while supporting the Golf Professional staff to create member-focused club events, and campus activities.
• Maintain regular communication with golf operations, and retail to stay aligned with the club vision.
• Manage tee-time bookings and provide accurate, up to date course information aligning with club policy.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with members while gathering feedback on new opportunities for the club, communicating in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain awareness of upcoming club events, golf calendars, weather, seasonal needs, and member traffic patterns to ensure the boutique is prepared and appropriately merchandised.
