As a Retail Team Member at Kilwins, you’ll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional service and delicious treats we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Assisting guests in selecting their favorite sweets, ice cream flavors, and gift-worthy treats.
• Preparing and serving products, including scooping ice cream, crafting waffle cones, and packaging chocolates.
• Learning and performing classic confectionery skills like fudge making and chocolate dipping.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Restocking shelves and displays to ensure everything looks as good as it tastes.
• Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation, to keep the store running smoothly.

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail, customer service, or food service environment.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and take pride in crafting high-quality products.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
