Overview
City Wide Facility Solutions, Savannah, GA is looking for dedicated and experienced Sales Executive with a "Hunter" mentality to join our team within our Janitorial Sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and selling to companies that do not currently utilize City Wide for their building maintenance projects, this will mainly include janitorial and other building services.
You have the luxury of having a territory that is overflowing with sales opportunities in Savannah, GA.
City Wide is a locally owned, national organization in the building maintenance industry with more than 56 years of experience managing more than 20 facility services, including janitorial services. City Wide has a been a leader in the janitorial services industry in all of SC since 2009 and continues to save time and solve problems for our clients.

Responsibilities- Identify and sell to companies that do not currently utilize City Wide for their building maintenance projects, primarily janitorial and other building services.
- Develop and manage a Savannah, GA territory with a focus on opportunistic sales.

- B2B sales
- Hunter and prospecting mentality (high activity)
- At least 3 years of experience
- Dynamic and professional personality
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Motivated by an uncapped commission structure
- Desire to work in a team-oriented environment with experience in combined inside and outside B2B sales, strong prospecting skills, and demonstrated ability to close
- Previous experience selling services to businesses
- Strong MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $75,000.00 - $110,0000 (base salary + generous commissions structure).
