Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We’re hiring an Acquisition Specialist to speak with motivated homeowners, guide conversations, and help move deals forward.

This is a remote, performance-based sales role with strong support, daily appointments, and clear earning potential. If you’re comfortable on the phone, competitive by nature, and motivated by commission.

• Base pay: $500–$750 (based on experience)
• Commission per signed contract

• Speak with motivated sellers via phone
• Follow up with leads in our CRM
• Have structured conversations to understand seller needs
• Present solutions and move opportunities toward a contract
• Keep notes and follow-ups organized in our system
• Participate in team huddles and coaching sessions
• Work closely with other team members to help deals progress

• Are coachable, competitive, and reliable
• Can hold professional conversations and ask direct questions
• Are comfortable using CRMs and basic sales tools
