Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to read, review, and understand Take-Off sheets to determine how much of each material is needed to complete a project for bids/quotes submittals.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and making face‑face customer calls to prospective clients on the phone, in person, and via presentations.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Source leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc. to maximize networking and relationship building.
  • Create and maintain a list/database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Able to track and meet sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Should be familiar with entire sales process from sourcing to closing, inclusive of bidding and procurement to delivery coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries/problem resolution.
Deal Breakers:
  • Must be able to read, review, and understand Take-Off sheets
  • MUST be bilingual
  • Experience in Construction and or Pipe industry (Minimum 2-3 years)
  • MUST Pass drug and background check
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially composing correspondence via the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualifications:
    • Education:

      Degree OR previous experience in construction, outbound call center, sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
    • Should have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
