What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outreach
  • Meet with decision-makers face-to-face to present solutions and close business
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized recommendations
  • Manage your territory and sales pipeline effectively

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone who combines strong sales ability with agricultural industry knowledge and a passion for customer success.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5–7 years of sales and/or management experience within agricultural product sales
  • Experience selling through dealer networks strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75–80%)
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and valid passport required
