Job Overview

Permanent, full-time, direct-hire W2 role with our client. Base salary, full benefits, uncapped commission, and a guaranteed non-recoverable draw for the first 12 months, plus residuals. This is a field (outside) B2B sales/business development role targeting small- and medium‑size businesses (not enterprise clients), with short sales cycles that typically yield multiple deals per month.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Clover, an industry-leading cloud-based POS platform, to SMBs in your assigned territory. The platform combines POS hardware and software to handle card, mobile wallet, and contactless payments, alongside business management features such as inventory, reporting, and customer loyalty.
  • Manage a territory with dozens of branches from multiple established corporate partner banks, building relationships with business bankers to generate referrals and close deals, while self‑sourcing new opportunities to supplement the partner banks’ pipelines.
  • Conduct on‑site product demos and presentations at client businesses, showing how the platform can streamline operations and boost revenue, and close sales deals in person.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, self‑sourcing leads, generating referrals through existing clients and bank partnerships, and closing deals, with full accountability for territory performance and quota/KPI attainment, including turning around underperforming accounts.
Qualifications
  • Proven outside sales experience that hits quota, works with provided leads, builds a pipeline, and closes deals.
  • Strong hunting mindset, self‑starter, and ability to connect well with people and own results.
  • Previous experience as a Business Banker, Commercial Relationship Banker, or Commercial Relationship Manager with SMB clients is a plus.
