• $70,000–$150,000 annually

• Assist clients in selecting new Buick & GMC Vehicles and Pre‑Owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences
• Present features, pricing, and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity
• Guide customers through test drives, trade‑in evaluations, and financing options
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow‑up and support
• Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals
• Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, high‑energy showroom environment
• Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports

• Professional, courteous, and customer‑first mindset
• 1‑2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (automotive preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
