Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Account Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships with new and existing clients. This role combines account management, business development, and operational coordination to ensure exceptional customer experiences and long-term client success. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at identifying opportunities to expand business while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-building activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing commercial clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support business development efforts
  • Negotiate agreements and assist in closing new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and retention
  • Support operational activities and coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
