As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first line of communication with potential prospects, qualifying leads for the Sales Executive team and building the pipeline for Conga’s business‑to‑business sales efforts.

• Qualify and deliver leads to the Sales Executive team in the defined market segment.
• Engage prospects to establish initial interest and gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date prospect information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team members to develop outreach sequences and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Motivated with a sales instinct and a numbers‑driven approach.
• Take initiative and proactively complete work, developing outreach strategies when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and able to find solutions across the organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to different communication styles.
• Tech savvy with experience operating on CRM platforms – Salesforce is required.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to research new tactics and improve campaign effectiveness.
