- Understand client business challenges and shape differentiated, outcome‑driven solutions leveraging the best of Wipro’s offerings.
- Drive growth through large, complex, multi‑service deals with long‑term potential.
- Leverage alliances, cloud, digital, and partner ecosystems to develop joint value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and account teams to ensure seamless transition and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent Wipro through thought leadership at industry conferences, forums, and client events.
- Conduct executive workshops, strategy sessions, and solution showcases for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with analysts, advisors, and strategic partners to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the business development organization.
- Foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture focused on growth, engagement, and retention.
- 15+ years of IT services sales experience, including 5+ years in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and scaling large, strategic accounts.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets in complex, solution‑based selling environments.
- Strong understanding of client business strategies and their technology implications.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C‑suite stakeholders.

Compensation will depend on several factors, including geographic location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
