- Ability to analyze prospecting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve lead generation effectiveness
- Interest and foundational experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), including building dashboards and interpreting KPIs
- Experience supporting prospect research and lead generation through data-driven insights and segmentation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support pipeline development
- Proficiency in basic data research methodologies, including collecting, aggregating, and synthesizing information from multiple structured and unstructured sources
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage datasets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into actionable insights for sales stakeholders across global regions
- Basic understanding of metrics such as conversion rates, lead scoring, and sales funnel performance is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years experience in sales support, legal, engineering, services, flight operations, marketing or completions.
Job DescriptionPosition Purpose
:
Supports the Account Development team in lead-generation activities, competitive intelligence and CRM sales metrics for the worldwide sales team. Assist with the account sales strategy through extensive research on industries, companies, individuals and flight department operations. Support the efforts in maintaining account and contact records to ensure data integrity of the enterprise-level, cross functional, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
