Established relationships with providers enable expedited and emergency service when needed. The company’s priority is to simplify waste and site services management through a streamlined, end-to-end client experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Savannah, GA. The Sales Executive will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting DETRITUS solutions, preparing quotes and proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms within established guidelines.

The role also involves coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate orders, timely service delivery, and a positive customer experience. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular sales forecasts, and represent DETRITUS at local industry events or meetings as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in outbound and inbound sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management in a B2B environment.
  • Strong abilities in relationship‑building, customer service, and account management to retain and grow client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the capability to explain service options and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfort using CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms) to track activities and results.
  • Experience in the waste management, construction, logistics, or related service industries is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Savannah, GA, including making local client visits and attending on‑site meetings as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
