Join us as a Senior Multi-Channel Field Sales Representative and become the driving force behind channel partner success. This field-based role puts you at the center of strategic relationships, where you'll identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and fuel business growth.
What will you do?- Build and manage relationships with channel partners through regular field visits and strategic engagement.
- Uncover opportunities within partner networks and present solutions that address efficiency and sustainability challenges.
- Coordinate with specialized sales resources to deliver comprehensive proposals and close business.
- Create and execute account plans that align with commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
- Customer Relationship Management — intermediate level; building trust and long‑term partnerships with channel players.
- Consultative Selling — developing level; uncovering customer challenges and positioning solutions that deliver value.
- Channel Development — developing level; equipping partners with tools and knowledge to succeed with our offerings.
- Sales Prospecting — developing level; identifying new opportunities within existing partner ecosystems.
- Negotiation — developing level; closing deals while balancing partner needs and business objectives.
- Communication — developing level; articulating value propositions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence partners toward shared goals.

- Competitive salary range: USD 115,200 – USD 172,800 per year (includes base pay and short‑term incentives).
