Job Introduction
At Regional Finance, our Loan Sales Specialists drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering fast, friendly, and affordable lending solutions. This high‑energy role directly impacts success through sales performance, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion.
- Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections.
- Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance‑driven environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English.
Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
