OverviewYou will represent Dell, selling, training, merchandizing, and promoting Dell and Alienware laptops, desktops, AIOs, monitors, and accessories in regional and national retailers. Your goal is to ensure retail sales associates have the latest product information, enabling them to effectively demonstrate and sell Dell products.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
- Provide training and support to retail sales associates and leadership.
- Complete endcap and inline resets of Dell/Alienware displays.
- Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market on a weekly schedule.
- Guide consumers with up‑to‑date product information to support purchase decisions.
- Coordinate and execute group trainings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and management.
- Attend bi‑annual training and enrichment meetings with the client partner.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Execute sales activities during each visit.
- Maintain documentation for each visit.
- Demonstrate ability to influence business relationships and increase shelf space and product placement.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical/products preferred.
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Travel within 70 miles of the ideal market zip code; occasional travel to other markets.
- Must have reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
- Energetic, polished, and confident in a retail environment.
- Results‑driven and motivated by performance goals.
- Comfortable leading product trainings and influencing teams.
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution skills.
- Passionate about technology and delivering premium customer experiences.
- Hourly pay: $20 per hour (based on market location and experience).
- Next‑day pay available on-demand with Daily Pay.
- Guaranteed 22 hours per week (Friday and Saturday) with flexible days.
