Job Overview

The Sleep Expert will elevate the customer’s in‑store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and delivering best‑in‑class products.

• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as subject‑matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Stay aware of competition and use social media to increase brand awareness and sales.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
• Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn omnichannel platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; proof of eligibility required.

Competitive pay range of $50,000‑$62,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible roles.
