Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

You will be a retail sales associate at Comcast Xfinity, engaging customers in the store, explaining product features, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in interpreting account statements, paying bills, and processing payments in-store.
• Answer questions about current and new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move 25-pound boxes and to move around the store constantly.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused mindset, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and remain enthusiastic about products and services.
