Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at Safe Haven Security LLC, you will deliver custom home security solutions to homeowners who are present during visits. Your performance directly determines your earning potential and work schedule.
Responsibilities• Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate security products.
• Manage a territory, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Work primarily during the evenings (Monday‑Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 8:30/9:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) unless earnings permit a reduced schedule.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets; successful performers may earn weekly commissions and qualify for bonus incentives.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons and for extended periods.
- Strong communication, objection‑handling, and sales skills.
- High motivation, hustle, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
- Weekly commissions in a fully commissioned role with uncapped earning potential.
